Industrial & Wholesale Sewing Machine Needles
Running a garment or embroidery line means needles break — that's not a defect, it's just what happens at production speed. What matters is how often, and whether the replacement is sitting in stock or three weeks out on a boat. That's the problem our sewing machine needles line is built around: DBX1, HAX1, DPX5, DPX17, TQX1, DCX1, UY128 GAS, plus titanium-coated Gold versions (DBX1 Gold and HAX1 Gold) and an HAX1 assorted-size pack, kept in stock for dispatch within 24 hours.
The DBXK5 embroidery machine needle is used on single and multihead embroidery machines for badges, logos, monograms and fine lettering work. For garment lines, our industrial sewing machine needles include DBX1 for single needle lockstitch machines sewing shirts, trousers and light to medium garments, DPX5 and DPX17 for double lock stitch work on shirts, blouses and trousers, and TQX1 for button sewing on shirts, blouses, jeans and suits. On the overlock side, our industrial overlock machine needles, UY128 GAS and DCX1, are made for overlock stitch work on shirts, blouses and trousers. For home use, HAX1 fits domestic sewing machines and household fabrics.
As a sewing machine needle supplier, we work with both wholesale sewing machine needles orders for regional distributors and bulk sewing machine needles contracts for larger manufacturers and exporters — the difference is mostly volume and packing, not quality, since every needle is tested either way. Machine needles are packed 10 to a lid, 50 lids to a box and 30 boxes to a carton.
We also still make hand sewing needles, and a fair number of our customers order both in the same shipment rather than sourcing machine needles from us and hand needles from someone else. If you're comparing us as a hand sewing needle manufacturer in India or a hand sewing needle supplier alongside the machine-needle side, that one-source supply saves time and hassle on every order.
